Cardinals Next Game - At Herts Cheetahs - Play Offs

Cardinals News - 8th August 2018

After a tight win last time out in their final regular season game, (10-7 Vs Essex Spartans - 5th August), the Ipswich Cardinals campaign continues into the the SFC Division 2 Play Offs. The Cardinals travel to St. Albans to take on for the SFC 2 South Champions the Hertfordshire Cheetahs for a Quarter Final match up on Sunday 12th August (2:30pm kick off).

The game will be another big test for the resurgent Cardinals team as the Cheetahs finished the regular season with a 7-1 record and were very stong at home. The Cardinals meanwhile will be tasting play off football for the first time since 2011 and finished with a 6-2 record, second in the SFC 2 East. So this fixture will certainly be no easy task for the visitors, however the Cardinals will be fired up and will be looking to move deep into the post season by bringing back the win with them.
