Guys, practise time for Sunday 25th is now 10 o'clock. We need to get a great session in so we're all set for the East Kent opener.

Right after practise we can head up to Cambridge to take in the Gladiators v Cats fixture, starts at 2:30. Not mandatory to go at all, but I would encourage everybody to travel up to get some pointers on our future opponents.

We need maximum attendance at practise so we're peaking at the right time everyone!
